Bell Rock Strategies LLC ("Bell Rock," "we," or "us") operates this website at bellrockstrategies.com (the "Website"). This Policy explains what we collect, why, who receives it, and what you can ask us to do about it.
Bell Rock Strategies is a consulting company. We are not a law firm, we do not provide legal services or legal advice, and using this Website or contacting us through it does not create an attorney-client relationship. See our Terms of Use.
The contact form. Our Contact page asks for your name, your firm, your title, your email address, a description of what your firm has done so far to encourage the use of AI, and what you would like to discuss with us. All of it is voluntary. We use it to respond to you and to keep a record of the conversation.
⚠️ Please do not send confidential, privileged, or client information through this form. It is an ordinary business inquiry channel, not a secure one. Submitting information to us does not create any professional, confidential, or attorney-client relationship, and does not obligate us to keep the submission confidential. If you need to share something sensitive, tell us and we will agree a proper channel first.
The newsletter. If you subscribe to The Bell Rock Brief, we collect your email address, your first name if you choose to give it, and the delivery records our email provider generates — whether a message was delivered, opened, or clicked.
Anything else you send us. If you correspond with us, we keep that correspondence and our replies.
Analytics and hosting. We use a privacy-preserving analytics service that sets no cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, and reports only aggregate figures such as page views and referring sites. Separately, our hosting provider processes the technical information involved in delivering any website — your IP address, browser type, the page requested, the date and time — and retains it briefly for delivery, security, and abuse prevention.
Newsletter signup protection. Our signup form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which tells people apart from automated signups. It collects information about your browser, device, and behavior and sends it to Google, under Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service; Google states it is used for security, not personalized advertising. Because the signup form sits in the footer of every page, reCAPTCHA runs on every page.
This Website uses no cookies for analytics, advertising, or tracking, and carries no advertising or social media pixels. Three functional exceptions:
_GRECAPTCHA — set by Google reCAPTCHA, on every page, as described in Section 3.You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. That may stop the newsletter form working, but will not otherwise affect the Website.
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. We do not behave differently when we receive one, because we do not track visitors across websites in the first place. We also honor Global Privacy Control signals where applicable — though as we neither sell personal information nor share it for targeted advertising, there is nothing for such a signal to switch off.
To respond to your inquiry and carry on the conversation; to send you The Bell Rock Brief if you asked for it; to deliver any resource you requested; to operate, secure, and improve the Website; to keep ordinary business records; and to comply with law.
We do not use your information to build advertising profiles, and we do not make automated decisions about you that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising. We never have. We share it only:

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what we hold about you, access a copy, correct it, delete it, take it with you in a portable format, opt out of sale, targeted advertising and profiling (we do none of these), and withdraw consent to marketing email.
Exercising them. Email us at [hello@bellrockstrategies.com](mailto:hello@bellrockstrategies.com) and say your message concerns your personal information, or write to us at the address in Section 13. We respond within the time the law requires — generally 45 days — and will tell you if we need longer. We may need to verify who you are, and we will not treat you differently for asking. If we decline, reply and ask us to reconsider; if we still decline, you may complain to your state Attorney General (in Texas, texasattorneygeneral.gov).
Unsubscribing. Every email carries an unsubscribe link. It works immediately and needs no explanation.
California. California residents may use the routes above. We do not sell personal information and have not done so in the preceding twelve months, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
This Website is aimed at businesses in the United States but is reachable from anywhere. Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, Bell Rock Strategies LLC is the controller, and our lawful bases are your consent, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Website and running our business, and compliance with legal obligations. Your rights include access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and withdrawal of consent; you may complain to your supervisory authority or the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
Newsletter consent. If you are in the EU or UK we add you to The Bell Rock Brief only if you affirmatively ask — never automatically because you contacted us or downloaded something.
reCAPTCHA. It runs on every page and transmits data to Google (Section 3). Where the GDPR applies that may require consent, and a supervisory authority may take that view even though we use it only to prevent automated abuse; we rely on our legitimate interest in protecting our systems and our sending reputation. You can block the cookie in your browser.
Transfers. We and our service providers process information in the United States. Where we transfer information out of the EU or UK we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful mechanism.
We use commercially reasonable measures: encrypted connections across the whole Website, reputable service providers, and access limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and email is not a secure medium — please do not send confidential information to us by email or through our contact form. See the warning in Section 2.
This Website is intended for business professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, contact us using Section 13 and we will delete it.
Changes. We will post any change to this Policy on this page and update the effective date at the top. If a change is material we will say so prominently on the Website and notify newsletter subscribers by email.
